Learning Deployment & Program Management
Execute technical and professional learning programs aligned to business priorities.
Manage end-to-end training deployment, including planning, scheduling, nominations, communications, and delivery coordination.
Deliver new hire induction and selected learning interventions.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning requirements and support capability-building initiatives.
Track learning effectiveness through participation, feedback, and impact metrics.
Learning Operations & Stakeholder Management
Own and manage training calendars across Tax service lines.
Coordinate with SMEs, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
Monitor attendance, completion, learner feedback, and overall training quality.
Support multiple learning projects while ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain learning dashboards, reports, and leadership updates.
Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights.
Create executive-ready presentations and reports for business stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and learner experience enhancements.
Support adoption of digital learning tools, automation, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
Contribute to strategic L&D; initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications
Educational qualifications
Full-time Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a large multinational or skilled services organization.
Proven experience in deploying training programs and managing learning operations.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and delivering learning initiatives at scale.
Exposure to technical learning or professional services environments is preferred.
