Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Embedded, Automotive, and Engineering positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/validate JDs in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, vendors, and internal databases.
- Handle both IT and Embedded hiring, including technical and niche skill requirements.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, compensation, location, and overall suitability.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/customer interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback tracking, and offer coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive offer negotiation, compensation discussions, and offer closure.




- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status and MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and joining ratio.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and onboarding activities.
- Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and coordinate on candidate submissions where required.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.
- Handle multiple positions simultaneously while meeting defined hiring TAT.
- Support campus, referral, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and processes
