Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented International Recruitment / Visa Documentation & Operations Executive to manage candidate documentation, verification, follow-ups, deployment file readiness and payment/collection tracking.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that candidate files are complete, accurate and ready for visa processing and deployment within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and verify candidate documents for overseas recruitment and deployment.

- Maintain complete and updated candidate files and trackers.

- Follow up with candidates for pending documents, medicals, visa processing, and deployment.

- Coordinate with recruitment, visa, and operations teams for smooth processing.

- Track candidates from selection to final deployment.

- Identify and follow up on delays to ensure timely deployment.

- Maintain payment records, ageing reports, and outstanding collections.





- Coordinate for payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and receipt maintenance.

- Prepare and update daily/weekly status reports and MIS.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in International Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, Visa Documentation, Recruitment Operations, or Manpower Deployment.

- Experience in GCC/Overseas Recruitment, visa processing, or international staffing will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of candidate documentation and deployment processes.

- Solid follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management.

- Experience in payment tracking, ageing, reconciliation, and collection follow-ups.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple candidates/files simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and maintain accurate records.
