Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the overall administrative and operational activities of the school. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall school operations and administration.

- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day school activities.

- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.

- Monitor facilities, maintenance, security, transport, housekeeping, and other operational requirements.

- Manage vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.

- Ensure proper implementation of school policies and operational procedures.

- Handle staff coordination, attendance, and operational discipline.

- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.





- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient school environment.

- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to the management.

RequirementsCandidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in school operations, administration, or a similar managerial role.

- Candidates with prior experience in CBSE schools/educational institutions will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple departments and operational activities effectively.

- Positive knowledge of school administration and facility management.

- Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.

- Willingness to relocate to Chintamani, Karnataka.
