About the Role

We are seeking an Evidence Evaluation Analyst (Health Economics and Outcomes Research Specialist, Systematic Review Coordinator) to join our Evidence Evaluation team in a remote capacity. As an Evidence Evaluation Analyst, you will execute end-to-end Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) and produce high-quality evidence deliverables that advance clinical knowledge and support informed decision-making in healthcare. This position plays a key role in generating rigorous evidence synthesis, supporting regulatory submissions, and contributing to clinical research that improves patient outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Project Leads, Technical Subject Matter Experts,



and cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready outputs including systematic review reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations. Following industry-standard methodologies and evidence evaluation best practices, you'll contribute to project execution from protocol design through final deliverable production.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute systematic literature review steps including protocol design, literature screening, data extraction, and quantitative feasibility assessments

· Develop high-quality SLR deliverables such as systematic review reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters tailored to client specifications

· Conduct comprehensive literature searches, study selection, and data synthesis to support evidence generation

· Work effectively both independently and within team structures under guidance from Project Leads and Technical SMEs to deliver client-ready outputs

· Prioritize tasks, align with project managers, and maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines

· Interact professionally with clients at all organizational levels and support presentations with senior guidance

· Support Project Leads with project management tasks, customize deliverables as required, and identify process improvements





· Support the development of health economics and outcomes research proposals and identify potential new business opportunities

· Meet organizational scorecard metrics, complete core responsibilities including timesheets and documentation, and pursue self-development activities to stay current in the evidence evaluation field

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline

· Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Experience working in clinical research, healthcare, outcomes research, or a regulated environment

· Knowledge of evidence synthesis methodologies and clinical trial processes

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work independently

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, or related field

· More than 3 years of relevant experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) or systematic literature reviews

· Postgraduate degree in COA-related fields such as Psychology, Social Science, or Anthropology

· Experience with literature review software, data management platforms, or statistical analysis tools

· Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and health technology assessment (HTA) methodologies

· Project management experience or business development support
