Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team in India. This role will work night-shift hours aligned with U.S. business operations and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing strong technical talent for W-2 and direct-client requirements.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, understands the pace and quality expectations of U.S. IT staffing,
and can recruit for modern technology roles such as Java, Salesforce, AI/ML, data science, cloud, data engineering, and software development.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for U.S.-based IT staffing requirements.
• Work on W-2, direct-client, and project-based hiring requirements across U.S. and global markets.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and candidate databases to build quality pipelines.
• Recruit for technology roles including Java, Salesforce, AI/ML, data science, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, full-stack development, QA, and related emerging technologies.
• Evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, work authorization, availability, compensation expectations, location, and communication skills.
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and present qualified candidates with accurate, complete submission details.
