Technical Support Engineer – Cash Handling Equipment
* Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in cash handling equipment or banking automation products.
Strong hands-on experience with:
* Currency Counting Machines
* Value Counters
* Currency Sorters
* Counterfeit Note Detectors
* Note Authentication Systems
* Cash Processing / Cash Management Equipment
- Good knowledge and hands on experience of electronics, sensors, motors, PCB boards, CIS/UV/MG/IR technologies and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read and understand basic circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in installation & servicing.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with service management/reporting systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
