Role Description The Customer Retention Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing ongoing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for travel professionals using TraviYo’s solutions. The associate will monitor customer engagement, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to support retention goals.
Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with platform usage, providing product demonstrations or refresher sessions, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to improve services. Managing cross sales, upsell and renewal with clients. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and proactively reaching out to customers to promote long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Experience in managing Customer Experience, including relationship building, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
• Sales-related skills to identify renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while supporting retention objectives.
