Hiring: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Vadodara (Onsite - Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 8 Hours work day
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit US healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Healthcare, etc.).
• Screen candidates, negotiate pay rates and coordinate submissions.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interviews and onboarding.
• Work on contract, travel, per diem and permanent staffing requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Knowledge of US healthcare roles, job portals and recruitment processes.
• Valuable English communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in US shifts.
