Role Description The Purchase Officer role is a full-time, in office position based at S.S. Controls’ facilities in Aurangabad. The Purchase Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders,



and ensuring timely procurement of materials and components for control panel manufacturing. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and monitoring vendor performance to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness. The Purchase Officer will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and budget requirements. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate procurement records, tracking inventory levels, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
