Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration & Security Incharge based at the Bhopal facility.



The role involves overseeing daily administrative operations, including facility management, office services, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of site activities. The Administration & Security Incharge will manage security protocols, supervise security personnel, monitor access control, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards across the premises. The position also includes maintaining records related to visitors, staff, and assets, coordinating with external agencies when needed, and implementing risk mitigation measures. Candidates with an army or defense services background and strong local knowledge of Bhopal will be expected to apply disciplined processes, vigilance, and organizational skills to safeguard people, property, and operations.
