Role Description
The NABH Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
The consultant will guide healthcare organizations through the full NABH accreditation lifecycle, including gap assessments, compliance planning, documentation, and readiness for external audits. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in office and remote assessments, developing and refining policies and procedures, training clinical and administrative teams, and monitoring ongoing compliance with NABH standards. The role involves collaborating with hospital leadership to implement quality and safety improvements, maintaining detailed records of compliance status, and preparing clear reports and action plans. The consultant will also stay current with evolving healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements, and may support multiple client organizations concurrently.
