Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for visiting potential and existing business customers, presenting Walksea Coffee products, and building strong, long-term relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and tastings, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing orders, including bulk purchases.



The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, tracking sales performance, reporting market feedback, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Representative also supports promotional activities and brand visibility within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
• Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to plan daily routes, manage territory activities, and meet sales targets consistently.
• Basic understanding of sales reporting, pipeline management, and CRM or similar tools.
• Comfort with on-site customer visits, product presentations, and occasional promotional events.
