Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for holiday packages
• Convert CRM leads into confirmed bookings
• Maintain a high lead-to-booking conversion rate
• Respond to every new lead within the defined response time - Follow up consistently until each lead is closed or lost
• Increase average booking value by upselling premium hotels, experiences and add-ons
• Cross-sell visas, travel insurance, forex and flights with every package
• Generate repeat and referral business from past clients
• Build your own client base through references and pe
