Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & candidate screening
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Attendance & leave management
• Payroll coordination
• Employee relations & grievance handling
• Training & induction coordination
• HR records & compliance
• Implementation of HR policies and discipline
• Coordination with HODs for manpower requirements
• Staff welfare and resort HR administration
Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel & HR documentation
• Well-organized, responsible and professional
• Comfortable working in a resort environment at Sasan Gir
Location: Sasan Gir, Gujarat
