Role Description The Senior Customer Relationship Management Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading CRM strategy, implementation, and optimization for ANR’s clients. This position focuses on understanding client business processes, translating requirements into CRM solutions, and ensuring systems like Salesforce are configured to support sales and service effectiveness.



Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery sessions, analyzing customer data and workflows, designing and documenting CRM processes, and advising clients on best practices to improve customer engagement and retention. The consultant will oversee CRM projects, collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, provide user training and support, and regularly review system performance to recommend enhancements. This role also involves preparing reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of ANR’s CRM consulting methodologies.
