Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands internet culture, has a robust creative eye, and knows how to turn content into cultural relevance. You'll own ZHOR's social media presence, develop content strategies, and build a brand people genuinely want to be associated with.
This isn't a conventional social media role. We want someone who can spot trends before they peak, create content people want to share, build original content IPs, and give ZHOR a distinct voice in India's running and lifestyle culture.
What you'll do:




• Own ZHOR's social media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day execution.
• Develop original content formats, Reels, and IPs that drive reach, engagement, and community growth.
• Stay on top of Gen Z culture, internet trends, fashion, music, fitness, and lifestyle.
• Work closely with the founders, videographers, editors, and community team to turn ideas into compelling content.
• Build ZHOR's visual identity, storytelling, and tone of voice across platforms.
• Track content performance and continuously experiment with formats, hooks, and creative strategies.
• Identify creators, cultural moments, and collaborations that can help ZHOR grow organically.

Qualifications• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, content strategy, and social media growth.
• Excellent creative instincts and a sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and branding.
