? Hiring: Freelance Business Development Associate

Hatchlab Innovation is looking for a proactive and well-connected Freelance Business Development Associate to help us identify potential clients, generate leads, build relationships, and convert business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate initial discussions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Drive leads from initial contact to successful conversion.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

Who We're Looking For
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, SaaS, Education, Startups, or B2B services is preferred.
- Robust communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Existing industry/business contacts will be an advantage.




- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in converting leads into paying clients will be highly valued.

? Compensation

This is a freelance, performance-based opportunity.
- No fixed monthly salary.
- Payment will be directly linked to successful client conversion.
- The associate will receive a pre-agreed percentage/commission on the revenue generated from successfully converted clients.
- Higher conversions = higher earning potential.
