This is a relationship-first leadership role, with a long-term career path toward a potential Partner-level position.
About the Role
As AVP – Community & Institutional Relationships, you will build and own the organisation's network of high-trust relationships across corporates, alumni networks, RWAs, premium clubs and other influential communities.
The focus is on creating long-term, repeat partnerships rather than transactional sales or one-time outreach.
Key Responsibilities




• Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs and senior decision-makers.
• Develop partnerships with RWAs, alumni networks, premium clubs and professional communities.
• Conduct financial awareness and educational sessions for employees and community members.
• Own end-to-end planning and on-ground execution of corporate and community sessions.
• Build a consistent pipeline of corporate and community partnerships.
• Develop structured referral and relationship-led growth channels.
• Identify and pilot new community outreach channels and engagement formats.
• Work closely with advisors and senior leadership to create meaningful client opportunities.
• Maintain relationships over extended timelines and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Represent the organisation professionally across external communities and institutions.
