Founder’s Office Associate – GTM & Growth
About the Role
Work directly with the Founder across GTM, Sales, Business Development, Market Research, and Growth.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll help find customers, build sales, test GTM strategies, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
• Research markets, customers, and competitors.
• Identify prospects and build target accounts.
• Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Support sales calls, demos, and client conversations.
• Build GTM strategies and sales processes.
• Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
• Work on high-priority projects with the Founder.
• Use AI, automation, and CRM tools to improve execution.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with sales,



research, and ambiguity.
• Interest in startups, SaaS, technology, and growth.
• Good with Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and AI tools.

Good to have: Sales/BD experience, B2B SaaS exposure, CRM/Sales Navigator knowledge, or outbound experience.
