The position

As a Tech Lead - Engagement Analytics, you will act as a subject matter expert in web analytics and data implementation, supporting stakeholders across International Operations.



You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data collection, analytics implementation, reporting, and insight generation across Novo websites and digital platforms.

Working at the intersection of business, technology, and analytics, you will drive analytics maturity by designing scalable solutions, improving data quality, and transforming digital behaviour data into actionable recommendations that support business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Your time will be split between data quality and implementation, reporting and in-sights, and advising stakeholders on how to get more value from website data.

• Own the implementation ecosystem: Take ownership of global tag management and analytics implementation, with full hands-on responsibility for Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, data layer setup, campaign tracking, configuration changes and SDR documentation.
