Work Schedule & LocationThis is a full-time, in-office position based in New Delhi supporting a primarily North American customer base.
The role follows 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, which corresponds to approximately 6:30 PM–2:30 AM IST during U.S. daylight saving time and 7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST during U.S. standard time.
Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule and commuting to the New Delhi office five days per week.
Depending on employee location, transportation to and from the office may be available through our company taxi route.
About the RoleZuppler is looking for a data-driven Restaurant Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize restaurant marketing programs primarily through our proprietary AI-powered marketing tools.
This role sits at the intersection of restaurant marketing,



e-commerce, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and emerging AI-powered marketing technology. You’ll use Zuppler’s AI tools to develop campaigns, generate recommendations, identify customer segments, analyze performance, and determine opportunities for optimization across lifecycle marketing, loyalty, promotions, and customer engagement.
Your role is not simply to accept AI-generated outputs. You’ll apply strong marketing judgment, customer behavior insights, and performance data to evaluate what the AI produces, test different approaches, and determine what should happen next.
Because you’ll be one of the primary marketers using these tools in real restaurant environments, you’ll also serve as a critical feedback loop for our Product and AI Engineering teams, helping identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, usefulness, and effectiveness of our AI-powered marketing capabilities.
