• HR Business PartneringPartner with assigned business functions and project teams on day-to-day HR matters.Understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning activities.Assist business managers in addressing employee concerns and people-related challenges.Support implementation of HR initiatives and organizational programs.Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Talent Acquisition & OnboardingCoordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned functions/projects.Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.Track recruitment progress and hiring timelines.Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
