Role Description The Business Development Manager at DiodeEV is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships with fleet operators, OEMs, real estate developers, and commercial property owners. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role involves collaborating closely with operations, finance, and product teams to align customer requirements with DiodeEV’s charging solutions and service offerings. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to strategic plans for expansion and revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience managing the full deal cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and develop win–win partnership models.
• Solid understanding of EV, energy, or infrastructure sectors, or related industries such as mobility, logistics, or automotive (experience in EV charging is a plus).
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies for new products, service
