About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to an AI training project. You will use your mobile engineering expertise to create challenging, realistic coding tasks that evaluate an AI model’s ability to solve complex mobile software engineering problems.
Responsibilities:
• Create realistic and challenging mobile coding tasks for advanced AI models.
Design tasks involving debugging, feature development, refactoring, application state and lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Work with mobile technologies including:
Cross-platform: TypeScript/JavaScript with React Native or Dart with Flutter
iOS: Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit
Android: Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or Android View system
• Build reproducible environments for each task.
• Create deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.
• Develop a reference solution for each task.
Requirements:
• Significant hands-on experience in at least one mobile development track:
React Native / TypeScript / JavaScript Flutter / Dart iOS / Swift / SwiftUI / UIKit Android / Kotlin / Jetpack Compose / Android Views
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience resolving complex mobile application issues and improving performance.
Compensation:
Compensation is output-based, with experts paid per task that meets the project specifications.
The time required to complete each task may vary depending on experience and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply and will be communicated during onboarding.
Availability:
We are looking to fill this role within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be available to start their first tasks within
