Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Kollam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process for diverse roles across the company. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining a structured and efficient recruitment process.
The specialist will support employer branding initiatives by promoting Tellx’s culture and opportunities across job boards, social media, and events. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for various roles and levels.
• Experience with Hiring processes, including coordinating offers and onboarding activities.
• Ability to drive Employer Branding initiatives to attract and engage talent.
• Strong Interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
