About The Role

This position has overall responsibility for the operational excellence of the PS operations. They own operational

excellence in the areas of policy administration, payroll and benefits administration and compliance related

activities. The role is required to maintain employee life cycle data,



update internal databases and provide reports on

PS metrics. This position requires an individual who is skilled in PS practices, relationship management and

demonstrates effective communications with individuals at all levels.

What You'll Do

• Management of employee database and employment records ensuring accuracy, compliance and

confidentiality

• Responsible for the administration of all PS related paperwork from hire to termination which includes new

hire orientation and paperwork, employee changes, employee terminations, and benefits eligibility.

• Maintain and protect confidential and personal information and data demonstrating discretion, judgment,

and care

• Ensures employee data is updated in PSIS on a regular basis
• Provide employee data such as onboarding / off boarding, leave information, etc., for payroll purposes
• Provide employment related letters on request as per company policy.
