Role Description The Hairstylist role at NOCC is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring clients receive personalized care and attention. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and hair care routines, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The Hairstylist will collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality salon experience and uphold hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves scheduling appointments, managing client feedback, and contributing to a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the salon.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills to provide diverse and professional services.




• Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge and training to perform treatments safely and effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact respectfully and clearly with clients.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, hygiene awareness, and the ability to maintain salon equipment and workspaces.
• Relevant certification or diploma in hairstyling or cosmetology is preferred.
• Prior experience in a salon or similar environment in Kolkata or comparable markets is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
