Role Description The Payroll Executive – US Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for US-based clients,



including gathering and validating payroll data, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement. Daily tasks include maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll reports, addressing payroll-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams and client contacts to resolve discrepancies. The Payroll Executive will monitor compliance with relevant policies and client-specific requirements, support audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency. This role may also involve working with payroll and accounting software, adhering to defined SLAs and KPIs, and supporting cross-functional collaboration within the finance and accounting teams.
