ZEG India continues to grow rapidly and is seeking a skilled React developer who can work full-time for 1 month and has hands-on experience with map-based applications, Azure, and AI integrations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, personable, and professionally driven, with a strong interest in contributing to ZEG’s mission of decarbonizing the power grid.
We are building a GIS-based siting and infrastructure planning dashboard that combines:
• Interactive geospatial visualization
• Large-scale data handling
• Cloud deployment on Azure
• AI-powered (agentic) workflows for geospatial insights
What You’ll Do
Frontend & GIS Development
• Build modern UI components using React
• Develop a map-centric dashboard for geospatial analysis
• Integrate ArcGIS Maps SDK / Mapbox / Leaflet
• Implement map features: layers, filters, tooltips, overlays
Data Integration
• Integrate REST APIs and large datasets
• Work with GeoJSON / spatial datasets
• Optimize perf
