Why this role is different
We are building a technology-driven HR workplace powered by the Zoho ecosystem — Recruit, People, Payroll, and Sign. Some of it is already running; some of it you'll help us finish building. We need someone who treats these systems as tools to actually own — configuring workflows, closing data gaps, fixing what's broken — not someone who does recruitment and HR admin on the side while treating Zoho as an afterthought.
We're also looking for an HR professional who uses AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar — as a daily productivity habit,



not a line on a resume.
Zoho tools you'll own
• Zoho Recruit — job postings, candidate pipelines, blueprints, interview scheduling, offer letters, recruitment dashboards. Mandatory — hands-on
• Zoho People — employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, HR workflows and reports. Mandatory — hands-on
• Zoho Payroll — payroll inputs, statutory coordination (PF/ESI/PT/TDS) with Accounts. Nice-to-have — working knowledge
• Zoho Sign — offer/appointment letters, NDAs, policy documents via e-signature; template management. Nice-to-have — working knowledge
• Zoho Forms — joining forms, exit interviews, internal HR requests. Preferred
• Zoho Flow — automation logic between Zoho apps (e.g. Recruit → notification, Leave → approval). Preferred
• Zoho Analytics / CRM — HR dashboards, hiring-source analysis. Preferred
