Job Summary
The Contact Center Specialist 1, under close supervision,



responds to routine inbound calls, emails, and electronic requests. They assist as front-line help for product and service requests. This may include technical help, answering questions, registering new patients, and scheduling healthcare appointments. They also provide financial clearance, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information for the institution.

This is a primarily work-from-home technical support position with a regular schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be available for approximately two weeks of virtual weekday training (Monday - Friday) before transitioning to the regular Wednesday-Sunday schedule. In-person onboarding will take place at the Temple Contact Center.
