Job Title: Junior Interior Designer – Residential & Turnkey Interiors

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Full time

Experience: 1–3 Years in Interior Design, 3D Rendering, and 2D Working Drawings

About Us

Lumera Homes , A division of KATHA Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing, premier turnkey interior design and execution firm operating out of a flagship, state-of-the-art experience center in Vijayawada’s prime commercial belt near Novotel.

We bridge the gap between creative architectural design and flawless site execution. Specializing in high-end residential flats (3BHKs, duplexes, villas) and bespoke commercial spaces, our end-to-end solutions span spatial planning, 3D visualization, premium modular woodwork, false ceilings, lighting, and turnkey civil execution. Driven by a commitment to material transparency, 30-day modular handovers, and precision craftsmanship, we are building the premier interior destination across the Vijayawada–Tadepalli–Guntur capital corridor.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative,

and detail-driven Junior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Senior Interior Designer and Business Development Manager (BDM) to draft spatial layouts, build high-quality 3D renders, prepare technical working drawings, and assist with client presentations.

This is an excellent growth opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the complete interior execution lifecycle—from initial concept and client meetings to material selection and site handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Visualization & Modeling: Develop realistic 3D interior renders (views, lighting, textures) based on floor plans and client briefs using SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, or similar tools.

• 2D Technical Working Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D CAD drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceiling details, electrical/plumbing points, elevation sections, and modular cabinet specs.
