Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive HR & Admin Executive to oversee complete talent acquisition,



employee lifecycle management, and daily operations at the Lumera Homes Experience Center. In this dual-capacity role, you will lead recruitment for specialized design, sales, and civil engineering talent while ensuring our flagship studio operates seamlessly.

You will play a pivotal role in building Lumera Homes' workplace culture, implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and maintaining corporate compliance as our team scales across the AP Capital Region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Active Sourcing: Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles—including Business Development Managers (B.Arch), Senior/Junior Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, and Civil Project Managers.

• Pipeline Management: Utilize LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri), local architectural college networks (SPA/ANU), and headhunting to source qualified candidates in the Vijayawada-Guntur region.
