Role Description The Manager Sales East role is a full-time, on-site position based at Kolkata responsible for leading and growing sales across the eastern region. This role includes managing regional sales operations, developing and executing sales plans, and meeting revenue and profitability targets for PCA’s cable accessory portfolio. Day-to-day activities involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers,



coordinating with internal teams for proposals and solutions, and providing timely customer support. The Manager Sales East will track market trends, monitor competitor activity, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring regional sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and representing PCA Technologies at customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums in the region.
