Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across hotels, resto-bars, catering, music festivals, and resorts. Day-to-day tasks include planning and overseeing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.



The Senior Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and performance data, manage marketing budgets, guide creative content development, and work with external agencies and vendors as needed. The role also involves supervising junior marketing staff, maintaining strong community and partner relationships, and supporting promotional events and festivals on-site.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in hospitality marketing, including hotels, F&B;, events, or leisure resorts.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation and negotiation abilities.
