ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior full stack developer who can own a product module from requirement to production release without hand-holding. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you will design the data model, build the Java backend services, develop the React front end, write your own unit tests, and see the feature through code review, deployment and post-release support.

The person we are looking for is comfortable being the only engineer on a feature. You will be expected to make sound architectural calls, raise risks early, and use up-to-date AI development tools to move faster without lowering the quality bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full product features end to end — requirement analysis, technical design, database schema, backend APIs, front-end implementation, testing, deployment and production support.

• Design and build backend services in Java (Spring Boot) — REST APIs, business logic, integrations with third-party and internal systems.

• Develop responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React,



with clean state management and reusable components.

• Model MongoDB schemas, indexes and aggregation pipelines; tune queries and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Write unit tests and integration tests for all code you deliver (JUnit/Mockito on the backend, Jest/React Testing Library on the front end) and maintain meaningful coverage.

• Use AI development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar to accelerate design, coding, test generation, refactoring and code review — while reviewing and validating every AI-generated change before it ships.
