As an OPS - EXE, you will be at the heart of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations. Your role will involve managing and optimizing various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the overall success and growth of Digitide Solutions Limited.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage back-office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
• Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of important documents.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Monitor and analyze back-office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
• Train and mentor junior staff,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Collaborate with IT personnel to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to back-office systems and software.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information and documents.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar back-office or administrative role, preferably in a rapid-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems is an advantage.
