Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into qualified property site visits and closed sales transactions.

Client Advisory: Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors through consultative guidance.

Site Walkthroughs: Schedule and conduct professional in office property demos, showcasing ROI and features.

Market Tracking: Stay updated on regional real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.

Deal Closure: Lead price negotiations,



explain payment terms, and coordinate sales documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of mandatory sales experience in the real estate industry.

Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.

Skills: Strong consultative sales, closing, and negotiation abilities.

Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi (Regional Marathi is a plus).

Mobility: Willingness to travel for local site visits and client meetings across Pune.
