*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client network in the chemical sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to developing business opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Business Development - Identify current business opportunities, markets, and clients in the chemical industry.

2. Client Acquisition & Retention - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

3. Market Research - Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to develop effective strategies.

4.



Sales Target - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.

5. Product Presentation - Explain product features and chemical solutions to clients.

6. Coordination with internal team for order processing and delivery.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- 1-4 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in Chemical Industry

- Good knowledge of chemical products and market

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel if required

- Graduation in any stream ( / BBA / MBA / Chemical background preferred)
