Role Description This is a full time,

The Branch Manager Sales will lead branch sales activities, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets across MAS’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day branch operations, supervising and mentoring the sales team, and implementing business plans aligned with company goals. The role involves building and maintaining solid customer relationships, overseeing customer service quality, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager Sales will also monitor market trends, analyze branch performance, and coordinate with regional leadership to optimize sales processes and distribution efficiency.
