About the role
The Senior Accounts Associate will own end-to-end receivables and payables for the organisation, maintaining accurate day-to-day entries in Tally and ensuring monthly financial statements are ready for management review. This role also carries direct responsibility for outward foreign remittances — spanning Dubai, Singapore, the UK, and other jurisdictions — for both corporate and personal accounts, working closely with banks and internal stakeholders to keep the process compliant and on schedule. Robust communication and cross-functional coordination are essential, as the role interfaces with the wider organisation on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and payable, including invoice booking, payment processing, and receipt reconciliation in Tally.
• Record day-to-day entries for payments, invoices, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Process and monitor outward foreign remittances to Dubai, Singapore, the UK, and other countries, for both corporate and personal accounts.




• Coordinate with banks and authorised dealers to complete remittance documentation and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts for the group’s foreign companies, in addition to domestic entities.
• Independently prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for the group’s foreign companies.
• Consolidate financials of the group’s foreign companies for group-level reporting.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing, audit schedules, and balance sheet finalisation.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready books of accounts in Tally across all ledgers.
• Liaise across departments and with external stakeholders — banks, vendors, and auditors — to resolve queries and keep financial operations running smoothly.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
