ABOUT WENOVA BRANDS
Wenova Brands is a Chennai-based consumer company building science-backed, purpose-driven food brands across D2C, digital, retail and international markets.
Our portfolio includes:
· Kiddikind - Doctor-developed, clean-label pediatric nutrition.
· Chewboo - Better-for-you snacking that brings together health, taste and convenience, without making healthy eating boring.
We’re building brands that people don’t just buy, but trust, choose and grow with.

THE CHANCE
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of customer acquisition and growth across our digital ecosystem.
This is not a role where you simply monitor dashboards and report numbers.
You’ll be expected to build, test, learn, optimise and scale.
You’ll work closely with brand, creative, content and D2C teams to turn campaigns into measurable business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Performance & Growth
· Plan,

execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
· Own customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, conversion and revenue targets.
· Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale winning campaigns.
· Manage budgets and allocate spends based on performance.
Campaign Strategy
· Translate brand and business objectives into performance campaigns.
· Develop audience, funnel and campaign strategies across acquisition and remarketing.
· Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks and formats.
· Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
Analytics & Optimisation
· Track campaign performance and identify trends, gaps and prospects.
· Use data to understand what is driving growth and what isn’t.
· Build meaningful performance reports and actionable insights.
· Work with the D2C team to improve the complete customer journey, not just the ad.
