Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager / Tool Hookup qualified to lead complex semiconductor facility infrastructure, tool installation and capital project activities.
This role involves end-to-end project ownership covering planning, design review, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.
This is not a traditional civil construction / brick-and-mortar construction role.
Key Responsibilities• Lead strategic capital projects and sustaining facility modification projects.
• Manage semiconductor tool installation projects and associated utility/infrastructure readiness.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management, execution and commissioning.
• Manage project delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate and manage external PMCs, general contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Review MEP designs, P&IDs; and cleanroom layouts.




• Coordinate with engineering, business and facility stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive timely project closure and handover.
• Act as the primary project interface for business stakeholders.

Technical ExpertiseCandidates should have solid exposure to relevant semiconductor / cleanroom facility systems such as:
• Semiconductor cleanroom environments
• Hazardous and specialty gas systems
• Gas cabinets and gas distribution systems
• HVAC
• Process Cooling Water (PCW)
• Vacuum systems
• Electrical distribution systems
• Exhaust and abatement systems
• ETP and life safety systems
• SCADA / FMS
• Gas monitoring systems
• Facility automation infrastructure
• MEP design and engineering reviews
• P&ID; reviews
• Cleanroom layout reviews
