Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area.



This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with property owners, partners, and key accounts, and promoting NoBroker.com’s full range of services. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee local sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring and training team members, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong presence in the local market to increase brand visibility.
