Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities,



and providing input on sales strategies and growth initiatives. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets, maintain accurate records of business activities, and represent Maxx Engineers in a skilled manner at client meetings and industry events.
