Role Summary

The Technical Product Engineer - AWS SRE serves as the strategic product and technical leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the development of AWS-based reliability engineering products, platforms, and automation capabilities that improve operational excellence across the enterprise. The role would combine technical depth with product leadership to bridge business and engineering needs; partner with application teams, architects, SRE engineers, and security to identify gaps, build roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions that reduce toil, enhance resiliency, and improve observability; leverage AWS expertise, AI technologies, and agentic workflows to create intelligent, autonomous operations that are trustworthy, explainable, and protected. This role is pivotal in bridging technical depth with strategic product thinking to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in the reliability space. You will own and drive the technical roadmap, collaborate across functions,



and ensure delivery excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibility

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define AWS SRE product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals; identify reliability challenges and transform them into scalable products and capabilities
• Conduct stakeholder interviews across application, cloud, operations, and leadership teams; prioritize investments by business value, operational impact, risk reduction, efficiency, and AI readiness
• Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and organizational reliability engineering standards and best practices

Agile Product Ownership & Backlog Management

• Create, prioritize, sequence, and maintain the product backlog ensuring stories are well-defined and sprint-ready
• Translate product vision into actionable technical initiatives, epics, features, and user stories with transparent acceptance criteria
