Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Carrier Relationship Executive to join our Logistics/Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in U.S. Freight Brokerage and Transportation.
The selected candidate will assist in sourcing and communicating with U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and dispatchers, coordinating carrier onboarding, and supporting the operations team in securing freight capacity.
Key Responsibilities• Assist in identifying and connecting with U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers.
• Build and maintain skilled relationships with carriers and dispatchers.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of current carriers.
• Contact carriers to check availability, equipment, lanes, and rates.
• Assist in sourcing capacity for equipment such as:
• Dry Van
• Reefer
• Flatbed
• Power Only




• Intermodal/Drayage
• Assist in rate negotiation with carriers under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collect and verify required carrier documents and information.
• Support carrier onboarding and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate carrier records and databases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams for smooth freight movement.
• Follow up with carriers regarding load status, availability, and requirements.
• Assist in resolving basic carrier-related operational issues.
• Learn and stay updated on U.S. freight lanes, transportation processes, and market trends.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly performance targets.

Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, customer service, sales, or a related field.
