Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and following up with prospective and existing clients to close business and achieve revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will manage a pipeline of opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings,



providing product and service information to clients, delivering training or demos when needed, and offering ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications
