Role in One Line
Support the design delivery of Dezime projects, from requirement capture and design development to working drawings and execution checks, working closely with senior designers and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
A. Requirement & Site Study
• Join requirement discussions with customers and capture their needs, preferences and budget accurately.
• Take site measurements and document site conditions.
• Prepare explicit requirement notes and hand them over to the design and project team.
B. BOQ & Costing
• Prepare and update project BOQs in Bifrost, Dezime's in-house automated CRM and costing platform.
• Select products and materials that match customer requirements and budget.
• Keep the BOQ aligned with the approved design, and flag any changes in scope or cost to your reporting manager.
C. Design Concept & Development
• Develop layouts, mood boards and material palettes, guided by senior designers.
• Prepare design options that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget and execution feasibility.
• Present design iterations to customers, with support from a senior designer where needed.
• Record customer feedback and incorporate approved changes into the design.
• Help move the project towards customer sign-off.
